Join us as an Outside School Hours Care Coordinator at Bargara State School in beautiful Bundaberg. This permanent, part-time role offers 35 hours per week, including 5 hours of non-contact administration time. You'll work across split shifts to support our vibrant programs: Monday to Friday, 6:30-8:50am (Rise then Shine) and 2:50-6:00pm (Stay and Play). It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, making a real difference in the lives of children! About the role Step into an exciting leadership role where you’ll guide a team of passionate Educators, running an engaging before- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years. With dedicated support from a state-specific office and regional managers who mentor and visit you regularly, you'll be set up for success! Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts—whatever sparks the kids’ imagination! Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community while taking charge of your team's roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin.
