Lead an inspiring team of Educators while managing a dynamic service, all with ongoing support and training to help you thrive and grow.Join us as an OSHClub Coordinator at Carlisle in beautiful Carlisle, WA! This permanent, part-time role offers 31.5 hours per week , including 4 non-contact admin hours . You'll work across split shifts to support our vibrant programs: Monday to Friday, 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play). It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, making a real difference in the lives of children! About the role Step into an exciting leadership role where you’ll guide a team of passionate Educators, running an engaging before- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years. With dedicated support from a state-specific office and regional managers who mentor and visit you regularly, you'll be set up for success! Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—whatever sparks the kids’ imagination! Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community while taking charge of your team's roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin. This is your chance to inspire, lead, and make a real impact every day! Who are we looking for? We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact Communicates clearly and confidently Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check Has Australian work rights Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA What's in it for you?
