This permanent, part-time role offers 32 hours per week. You'll work across split shifts to support our programs: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 9:00am (Rise the Shine) and 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play). It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, making a real difference in the lives of children! About the role Step into an exciting leadership role where you’ll guide a team of passionate Educators, running an engaging before- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years. With dedicated support from a state-specific office and regional managers who mentor and visit you regularly, you'll be set up for success! Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—whatever sparks the kids’ imagination! Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community while taking charge of your team's roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin.
