Join us at Frenchs Forest Primary OSHCare as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent full-time role offers 31 hours per week , including 4 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play) What’s In It For You? About the Role – Lead Your Team to Success! As an OSHC Coordinator , you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program , filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts —all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster , manage day-to-day operations , ensure compliance , and handle admin tasks —all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth . With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team , you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. About Us – Why Lead at JAG?
