Job Description Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you! We are looking for a passionate and energetic Educator to join our team at Port KennedyOSHClub offering 27 hours per week. You will work across our Before and After School Care shifts. Before School Care (Rise then Shine Program) – Monday to Friday; 7:00AM – 9:00AM After School Care (Stay and Play Program) – Monday to Friday; 03:00PM – 06:00 PM You can pick up extra hours at nearby services during the school holidays too! About the role Working in a team of Educators, you will have the support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years: Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite Who are we looking for? We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids Strong and clear communication Team player with a desire to become a service leader Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children What's in it for you?
