Starting at $90,000 + super, expenses and bonuses Strive to Thrive Therapy are seeking motivated Occupational Therapists ready to change people’s lives. This person will become an asset to our team, delivering unique and individualised services, high quality functional assessments and is an active team member. Specific Responsibilities Uphold our mission to make a real difference in our client’s quality of life. Assess and design client-personalised plans to help them tackle their unique everyday challenges. Have a commitment to turn up daily for yourself, your clients and those around you. Take ownership of your place in the team and actively contribute to the growing interests of our team and company. Deliver the full suite of assessments including Functional Assessments, AT, Home Mods, and Therapies. Understand that clear and effective communication is the key to our success. Work closely with Support Coordinators and other industry professionals to continue to build a strong network of supports for our clients. Qualifications and Requirements Full AHPRA registration with 2+ years experience in community OT with a strong understanding in the NDIS space. Proven track record in delivering unique solutions and supporting clients to reach their goals. A valid Australian driver’s license with complete access to a suitable, fully insured vehicle. A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue/Yellow Card, First Aid & CPR certificate and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
