Today, we employ 120+ employees across the Hunter and Western Sydney regions, who provide person-centred support services to over 200 participants in: Aged Care (CHSP), Community Care and Accommodation (NDIS), Support Coordination (NDIS), and Allied Health (CHSP and NDIS). Criteria Graduate Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA Registration Adaptive communication skills to engage with varied participants, stakeholders, and staff members Genuine empathy, kindness, and passion towards helping people achieve their goals of independence Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care Frameworks and billable targets Demonstrated experience using a variety of assessment tools and completing complex reports Driver Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and COVID-19 Vaccination x two.
