Benefits: Salaries starting at $77,000- $83,000 including super $2000 professional development allowance + paid PD leave A caseload tailored to your interest area Community travel kept within 30mins from your home location Travel allowance reimbursed each pay Low KPI target- no more than 4 clients a day Mix of private and NDIS clients in your caseload to reduce NDIS report writing - and option to only see private clients, meaning no NDIS reporting The option to undertake admin tasks in the office in Aspley or WFH Flexible working hours, option to work a 9 day fortnight if you wish LOTS of opportunities for further professional development as the company grows; take on leadership responsibilities if you wish A collaborative and supportive team culture Get together for social events & team building; resin art, lunches out, games night and dinners out How you will be supported: You will receive weekly supervision with an OT with 15+ years experience in the industry, daily check-ins from your Director to discuss any questions you have, a gradual increase of caseload as you learn your role, 120 days professional development training plan tailored to your needs, LOTS of work shadowing opportunities when you start and throughout your first year and access support from your team whilst you're on the road and get answers to clinical questions straight away! Your role: You will be travelling to clients' schools and homes conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans incorporating evidence-based therapy, facilitating therapy sessions, writing progress notes and producing NDIS reports (for NDIS clients when required). You will also engage in weekly occupational therapy professional development training in addition to having your weekly supervision.
