About the Role We’re seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our North Lakes team. With opportunities for both recent graduates and experienced therapists , this role can be tailored to suit your current career stage. This role focuses on adult clients with an emphasis on community-based services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional capacity assessments Develop and implement therapy plans to support client independence Perform home modifications Trial and recommend assistive equipment tailored to client needs Deliver community-based services in home visits, aged care facilities, and more Prepare high-quality reports for funding applications and care planning Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care About You You will need: A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) AHPRA registration A passion for empowering clients to achieve independence We welcome applications from therapists of all experience levels , including new graduates.
