About the Role As an Occupational Therapist at Cas Health, you’ll play a key role in empowering adults and seniors with physical and cognitive challenges to live independently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Assessments with Adults and Seniors on the NDIS and in receipt of My Aged Care Home Care Packages. Assess, recommend, and implement assistive technology and home modification solutions. Deliver education and training to help clients improve independence and function. Work closely with NDIS and Home Care Package clients in their homes and community settings . Maintain detailed clinical documentation and reports for funding, equipment or home modification applications. Collaborate with clients, families, support coordinators, case managers and care teams to ensure effective therapy outcomes. About You You’re an Occupational Therapist who genuinely cares about making a difference. You thrive on supporting clients to live more independently, enjoy problem-solving, and feel confident working autonomously while being part of a supportive team. AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist. Victorian Driver’s Licence + reliable transport with comprehensive insurance. Professional Indemnity Insurance (discounted due to us covering your OTAUS membership). Current Police Check. Confidence in working independently while managing a caseload. Desirable Experience (not essential!): Experience working with NDIS and aged care clients . Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and NDIS Worker Screening Check. How to Apply?
