Occupational Therapist | Paediatric Caseload | Hybrid Role & Wfh Health, Medical & PharmaceuticalSource: uWorkin JOB DESCRIPTION Our client provides the highest quality, family centred and comprehensive Occupational Therapy services to children and young people with special needs. They aim to consistently provide the kind of therapy intervention that supports not just the child but the family unit as a whole. Salaries starting from $90,000 - $110,000 + Super Paediatric Caseload, clinic & community role (50/50) split - no complex clients Optional fortnightly or monthly clinical supervision & a therapy assistant to help with your sessions Benefits: Salaries from $90,000 - $110,000 + Super + Benefits Peer supervision and/or optional clinical supervision Comprehensive onboarding and fortnightly or monthly supervision + monthly peer supervision Gradual increase of caseload from when you start Uncapped PD allowance & PD leave Flexible working & WFH: Manage your own calendar & WFH for admin tasks Admin team to support scheduling and billing Therapy assistance to support your sessions Work laptop, assessments and resources provided in house phone system for client calls Monthly team building activities; trivia night at local pub, paint and sip, pottery, baking nights, craft nights Your Role: You will support a caseload of 25-30 paediatric NDIS & private clients per week, predominantly presenting with:Autism Spectrum Disorder Attention Disorders or Concentration Problems Developmental Delays Behavioural Disorders Seizure Disorders Sensory Processing Challenges and more. You will have a therapy assistant who can support you with running some of the sessions planned by you, and recording some progress notes. You will be able to WFH to complete admin tasks, and choose an early or late start to work around your life commitments.
