Darling Downs Health is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, or Speech Pathologist to join our Yannanda Adolescent Unit in Toowoomba. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, recovery-focused mental health services to children and adolescents with complex presentations, working collaboratively with families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to create positive, lasting impacts.What Your Day Will Look Like…. As a senior mental health worker, you'll provide expert clinical care, drawing on evidence-based practices to assess, diagnose, and implement tailored interventions for children and young people. You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to develop and evaluate recovery-focused treatment plans. Your day will involve liaising with families, carers, and external stakeholders to optimize outcomes, mentoring less experienced staff, and contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
