As the Technical Product Support Manager, you will provide essential support to external teams by delivering up-to-date technical insights on AggFlow and fixed plant crushing systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing various technical aspects, including: Costing and manufacturing considerations Crushing, sizing, and material reduction strategies Dewatering, conveying, loading, and unloading solutions Stockyard and rail applications Haul truck entry and screening systems Aftermarket spare parts and service solutions You will serve as the go-to technical expert, relied upon to provide precise engineering insights, and play a critical role in closing deals and securing major projects across APAC. Job requirements Identify, develop, and maintain key sales and marketing prospects of sufficient quality and quantity to achieve sales and contributions budgets. Manage profile of prospect list by targeted order date, order size and order type to achieve sales and contribution budgets. Develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with key customer base. Provide commercial advice and recommendations to the Sales Director of APAC to assist in delivering successful tenders. Recognize sales opportunities for the company and coordinate the appropriate resources. Monitor competitive activity and advise the Sales Director and Marketing of any technical or commercial developments. Ensure timely response to all customer inquiries. Monitor satisfaction of customer requirements from inquiry through to implementation and ongoing servicing. Ensure smooth and complete handover of contracts – orders to designated Project Manager. Make recommendations to management for pricing levels on projects outside authority limits. Any tasks responsibly assigned by management. Ensure compliance with relevant procedures including contract review and design control. Apply design and application to key projects through your technical understanding of automated fixed and mobile crusher solutions. Bid/no Bid advice on key projects and supply technical information to senior management. Support each project through advanced communication and deliver each segment to key management on project updates. Follow the market on key projects whilst managing a large portfolio on new business and managing internal systems. Provide engineering support through the application engineering team on all major crushing builds. Within this role you will have a large portfolio of equipment to provide technical application support. We ideally would like you to have strong mechanical experience on the following: Jaw Crushers Cone Crushers Mobile & Tracked Crushing equipment Loading and Unloading systems Candidate Requirements – 5+ years in Crushing and screening – Sales or application support AggFlow and crushing train setup application Strong IT and System support experience Clear communication and the ability to talk with Tier1 contractors and EPCM Tender and project management experience You must have been working with Australian markets Ability to travel nationally and internationally Salary Package – Base Salary - $140,000 to $150,000 Company 4wd Uncapped Commissions Phone and laptop Full product training on Systems and equipment Interstate and International travel to manufacturing facilities Location – The role can be based in Melbourne, Perth, or Brisbane.
