Senior Sales Agent & Team Leader – Off-the-Plan Residential Development The Company Our client is a global leader in high-quality, off-the-plan residential developments, creating socially sustainable communities. They are seeking a Senior Sales Agent & Team Leader to lead the sales efforts at their flagship development, driving off-the-plan sales while mentoring a team to exceed targets. The Role In this role, you’ll be a hands-on senior sales agent while also leading and supporting a team to achieve sales success in off-the-plan projects. Key responsibilities include: Engaging with new and existing clients at the display home, understanding their needs, and offering off-the-plan solutions. Leading your team to convert leads into sales, ensuring all client interactions are handled professionally. Managing the off-the-plan sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met and processes are efficient. Ensuring the display home reflects the quality of the development and is always presented to the highest standard. Working closely with clients to help them visualize their future homes and ensure smooth progress from initial inquiry to final sale. Skills & Experience Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License. Proven experience in off-the-plan sales. Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and motivating a sales team. A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Willingness to work weekends, with two days off during the week. Why Join? Competitive salary with OTE of $250K - $300K. Car & phone allowances.
