This is a part time role (22.5 hours per week) which will be worked from Monday to Friday, 4.5 hours per day. You will be responsible for providing admin support and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Melbourne office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting visitors when they arrive at the office Coordinating facilities management requests Overseeing the ordering of all catering, office supplies and staff amenities Managing fire wardens and first aid officers, including a monthly content check of first aid kits Arranging staff travel Supporting the Admin team with internal and external webinars Helping to develop and document a best practice guide for office procedures Requirements 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality or admin Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc.) Effective time management, organisation and prioritising skills Quick learner, with the ability to learn new software and systems As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviours sit at the core of our organization.
