JOB TITLE: Office Administrator COMPANY: National Enforcement Solutions Limited RESPONSIBLE TO: Business Support Manager PLACE OF WORK: NES HQ, Deeside Industrial Estate SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB To provide the highest standards of customer service and professionalism always. The shifts will be 5 days over 7, which equates to 30 hours per week contractually. Salary Hourly rate of £12 per hour which equates to £18,720. Terms of the role Part time and permanent, subject to 6-month probationary period. RESPONSIBILITIES Main Purpose of the Role To provide professional and administrative support to our employees and liaise with clients on enquiries as and when required. Administration tasks include: Quality assuring Fixed Penalty Notices and CCTV body camera footage Ensuring reminder and final chance letters are posted daily Ensuring representations are investigated and responded to in accordance with our policy Verifying payments and ensuring they are added to the system Providing excellent customer service via the phone and email Scheduling rosters for various sites Posting company social media content Legal duties include: Preparing prosecution packs and sending to offenders/clients/courts Recording results Ensuring cases are prosecuted in line with relevant timelines Essential role related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience at selection: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail Confident and easy going Computer literate and typing skills Team player Enthusiastic Strong interpersonal skills Evidence of a commitment to this role Strong organisation/time management skills Client focused Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision Fast and efficient learner FLEXIBILITY All job roles could be subject to change due to operational and client needs.
