Our client is a leading Food Distributor and Cold Storage 3PL provider, proudly based in Botany, NSW. If you're someone who thrives in a well-paced environment and values exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.The Role As our Office All-rounder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and support the team in various administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include: Answering and directing phone calls with a professional and friendly manner Processing invoices and managing purchase orders Handling general administrative tasks and supporting office operations Maintaining organised records and databases Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure timely communication and service delivery Key Requirements Strong communication skills with an excellent phone manner Experience with invoicing and purchase order management Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, accounting software) A proactive attitude and attention to detail Comfortable with early starts (8:00am to 4:00pm) Monday to Friday Experience in a 3PL or cold storage environment is advantageous but not essential Why Join us?
