The Firm Our client is based centrally in the CBD business district in well appointed offices. They provide a collaborative and tight knit working environment where staff are valued and their contributions are rewarded. You will love this boutique firm who has an excellent client base! The Role This is a newly created position which will encompass undertaking senior administration duties along with managing the office. You will be responsible for ensuring the high level of client service is maintained whilst also assisting Directors to achieve growth targets and overall success. Your duties will include: Undertaking senior administration tasks and providing support to a team of accountants Managing workflow and capacity Assess processes and procedures implementing improvements if necessary Dealing directly with external stakeholders Dealing directly with clients and assisting with queries Undertaking adhoc projects as required Requirements To be considered for this role it is imperative that you have experience working in the public practice accounting sector. Only candidates with this background will be considered. Ideally you will be working at a Senior Administration level and looking for the next step OR already be undertaking an Office Manager role within an accounting firm.
