Practice Manager at Cox Purtell | Recruitment Specialist Full-time permanent role - Office based role Lower North Shore (short walk from Crows Nest Metro) Base pay range: A$85,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr We are currently recruiting for an Office & Marketing Coordinator for an award-winning construction company. This is a pivotal business support role and would suit a friendly, well-presented individual with some office experience. You will have the opportunity to support across the business and gain great insight and skills into business operations across Operations, Administration, Marketing, as well as EA duties. The company focuses on a variety of commercial projects across Australia. This role is based in the office and is very close to public transport. Responsibilities: Reception: Answer phones, manage couriers, and distribute mail and emails; act as the first point of contact and a professional face of the business. Marketing Support: Organise staff events, assist with preparation of EOI's and Tenders, prepare Project Profiles for current and completed projects. Operational Support: Order/pick up food for the kitchen as required (biscuits, milk, coffee, etc.) and manage account. Maintain Outlook calendar for booked training sessions and functions. Manage executive's calendars, set up meetings, and arrange flights & travel arrangements. Ensure kitchen/common areas are kept tidy on a daily basis. Collect and distribute mail. Experience/Attributes Required: Good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to interact courteously with people at all levels. Good computer literacy in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, Photoshop, and InDesign. Hard worker with a willingness to learn. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization skills. Demonstrated strong customer focus and a team player willing to apply initiative in the work environment. Previous experience in a Reception/Office-based role is essential. You must hold full working rights in Australia.
