The Opportunity: In short, this is an opportunity for either an experienced Office or Industrial Sales Agent to progress in their career. The Role: The client is looking for a highly driven Sales Agent to grow and shape their commercial office and industrial assets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing new listings for the commercial assets Conducting the relevant marketing and finding tenants to lease the properties Understanding the importance of developing excellent lines of communication with owners, tenants, and contractors Application processing Database management and general administration duties Inspections as needed Canvassing and prospecting Monday - Friday work hours To be considered for this role you must have: Ideally, a Real Estate Licence or, as a minimum, a Certificate of Registration Previous experience in Commercial Leasing or Sales A can-do attitude and self-motivated Eager to get stuck in and learn the ropes Driven by success and building your career!
