Remuneration: Annual salary commencing at $79,699, plus up to 13% superannuation. Closing Date: Sunday 9th February 2025 at 11.00pm AEST. What we are looking for: Gympie Regional Council has a full-time fixed term opportunity for an experienced administration professional. Provide a high level of general administrative support to the Manager Governance, Integrity and Risk, whilst also providing administrative support in the disaster management function, which will be approx. 40% of the position or as required. Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Manager Governance, as directed. Provide high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Assist with disaster management activities or other duties. Qualifications or active enrolment in a business-related field, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment. High level written communication and attention to detail skills, as well as excellent verbal communication and highly developed interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and manage workloads. Demonstrated ability to perform duties responsibly under limited supervision and take initiative to ensure the achievement of team goals. Demonstrated high level administrative skills, including proficiency in using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office suite. Queensland ‘C’ Class driver’s licence that is current and maintained.
