Cube Offshore Pty Ltd Cube Offshore are seeking an Offshore Structural Engineer to be based at their office in the Perth CBD, WA. The position is available on a permanent staff basis (subject to a 3 month probationary period). Benefits Salary range: $85 -125k + super (subject to experience). Tasks & Responsibilities We are looking for an engineer to join our team who will be required to carry out the following activities: Structural engineering calculations Develop concepts, sketch and liaise with draftsperson Compile reports and other documentation Manage project budgets and schedules Liaise effectively with clients & suppliers Qualification & Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills & attributes: Civil / Structural Engineering degree recognised by Engineers Australia Approx. 3-6yrs industry experience as follows: Structural calculations Understanding of codes, standards, and quality management systems Offshore / subsea industry experience is preferred Mature, independent, problem solving, self-starter with good communication skills and the ability to manage drafting, sub-contractors and client interfaces. Ability to pass a medical examination for offshore travel Driving licence Eligibility to work in Australia About Company Cube Offshore is a small, high quality, expanding engineering consultancy known for technical excellence, knowledge, and award-winning design/innovation. Cube Offshore provides engineering services, structural/equipment design and project management services to Subsea Projects, Drilling & Completion Campaigns, Inspection Maintenance & Repair (IMR) and Offshore Construction / Decommissioning Campaigns. Areas of Cube’s industry expertise include (but are not limited to): Offshore/Subsea lifting Decommissioning Structural/Mechanical equipment design, manufacture & testing Structural integrity, assessment, inspection & design services The successful candidates will be well supported and mentored in all aspects of their work and encouraged to develop their skills in a positive environment.
