About the role: We are currently looking for On-site Engineer who will resolve technical issues, ensure smooth operations, and provide hands-on support at a specific physical location, such as a project site or facility. Skills & Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills ITIL Incident, Change and Service Request Management. Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops in a technology environment Conduct on-floor support to resolve reported issues.
