Long term contract with a Federal Agency Canberra CBD APS4 Onboarding Officer This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. Looking for people until June 2025. Non ongoing or S26 transfers. Canberra location. Must be able to acquire a baseline or currently have one. About The Role Accountable for the completion of allocated tasks, review of work and development of less experienced employees. Understanding of systems: Aurion and ServiceNow. Prepare letters of offer and pre-employment checks. Support the recruitment section with project activities. Make decisions guided by expertise and knowledge, governed by legislation, regulations, and best practice principles. Build rapport and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships. Proactively identify potential problems or issues that may impact their own and team's work outcomes. Administrative support or operational tasks including some research. Successful Candidates Working knowledge of recruitment policies, procedures, and practices with experience through Aurion and ServiceNow. Manage competing priorities. Proven ability to communicate effectively. Personal integrity whilst achieving results. Ability to achieve quality results within time frames with close attention to detail.
