HosPortal has been a leading provider of medical rostering, on-call management, and communications software solutions to Australian hospitals for 15 years. The software is used in over 90 public and private hospitals and health facilities across Australia and New Zealand, including major hospitals and private hospital groups. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist in Sydney. You will work with our hospital and health facility customers to ensure they successfully configure and launch our leading medical rostering software. You will also handle customer inquiries, provide training and support, and work closely with our sales, customer success and software development teams. As a small business, you may also get involved with other commercial support activities. The role offers flexibility but will require some time each week in our office in Darlinghurst, Sydney. An important part of the role is understanding our customers' requirements, so experience in healthcare or in hospital operations would be highly regarded. HosPortal has a small team of dedicated and energetic professionals. Our culture suits self-starters who enjoy working in a close and collaborative team environment but like to work autonomously in their own area of expertise.
