About this work area As Online Commercial Planning Specialist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead, plan and secure global and local initiatives for the E-commerce channel by securing a clear roadmap and delivery plan for synchronisation of all activities supporting the online commercial calendar and vitality throughout the year. Develop the online Commercial Calendar and ensure online priorities are aligned with and reflected in the Commercial Calendar. Coordinate online activities primarily with Core Area Managers, HFB Leaders and the Commercial Activity Leader, as well as across functions through the wider Commercial Calendar Team, to ensure consistency across channels. Coordinate activities related to product launches within the frame agreed within local Selling team and other Commercial functions. Contribute to the development of commercial activity, specifically to optimise the commercial calendar development process. Work closely with key stakeholders in- and outside Commercial to secure integration, common focus and maximise impact to drive E-commerce growth and business results. Who you are As Online Commercial Planning Specialist you are: Passionate about life at home and motivated to inspire and meet our customers in the best way through an omnichannel retail landscape. Equipped with sound knowledge of activation, online customer behaviours and their needs to support commercial and service offers across all touch points. Able to apply a strategic outlook to identify opportunities, analyse insights and provide key recommendations to support growth within the E-commerce landscape and contribute to delivering business results.
