What you'll do: Work as the sole ICT Support resource managing and taking ownership of a large school's entire ICT Infrastructure Lead the coordination, management and resolution of all ICT requests and incidents Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to staff and students Support computer hardware & software systems including but not limited to laptops, desktops, tablets, telephones, printers, and classroom audiovisual Troubleshoot issues relating to server, storage and networking infrastructure Maintain systems documentation including assets & knowledge base articles Manage user accessibility and assist with project-based installations and configurations Provide a high level of customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders (students, staff and parents) What you bring: Minimum of 5 years of technical help desk support experience Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, server and network Clear verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in articulating technical concepts effectively to a diverse audience Certifications in Windows 10/11 and MacOS with proven experience with end-user devices Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite Ability to work independently and in a team Previous technical experience in an education setting What sets this company apart: This organisation is renowned for its high-quality education delivered in a nurturing, caring environment.
