The Position 100 properties - onsite (end-to-end management) Working with new build properties within newly created communities NO Leasing, Routine Support, No New Business, and No Trust Account duties Owner, Tenant & Caretaker liaison Ensure all leases, authorities, and other documentation are fully executed Negotiate lease renewals etc Manage maintenance requests and work orders The Ideal Candidate A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License 2-3 years experience working as an Onsite Property Manager Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work autonomously If you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Olivia Haynes on 0400 171 726 .
