Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Operation Analyst with bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to join our dynamic team. This role combines responsibilities across customer onboarding, back-office operations, and broker project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, a strong understanding of compliance requirements, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure seamless processes and an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Onboarding: Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) activities, including PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and sanctions screening, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee customer onboarding for corporate, trust, and institutional clients, ensuring adherence to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements. Collaborate with compliance teams to execute CDD (Customer Due Diligence), EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence), and client offboarding processes. Assist with preparing regulatory and audit reports (e.g., AUSTRAC). Operational Support: Process deposits and withdrawals with accuracy and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely updates on transactions. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve funding-related issues or abnormal situations. Handle complex case types and escalate them to appropriate departments as needed. Project Management and SOP Development: Assist in launching new products, updating policies, and managing the impacts on various departments. Create, update, and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding, promotions, and operational processes. Coordinate and support projects aimed at process automation and operational efficiency. Organize and report data to track performance metrics such as onboarding volume and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and other departments to improve processes and deliver a seamless client experience. Strengthen communication between operational teams and other stakeholders, incorporating feedback to enhance workflows. Assist in training junior team members and refining training materials. Requirements 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within broker operations, KYC/AML, or CFD (Contracts for Difference) industries. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks with familiarity in tools like Sumsub and World-Check as a plus. Deep knowledge of MT4/5 trading platforms is highly desirable. Proven project management skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills being an advantage. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work on public holidays as needed.
