Job Description Manage and oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Implement operational strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize service delivery. Train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff to ensure high performance. Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality standards. Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Introduce new menu items, promotions, and events to attract customers. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices. Address and resolve any service-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Proven experience as operation manager with at least 2-4 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Maximum age 45 years . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Customer-focused mindset.
