We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join us as an Operational Assistant based at our client in Bunbury. If you're looking for an opportunity with competitive rates, we encourage you to apply. The Role Operational Assistant. Key Responsibilities Answering phones and raising queries online. Interacting with customers both in person, on the phone, and by email to co-ordinate deliveries, pickups, and general freight issues. Basic scanning of freight being held in the depot for collection, or during customer collection or drop-offs. Engaging with the depot drivers to answer queries regarding deliveries and pickups. Data Entry. Skills & Experience Excellent attention to detail. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, however we can be flexible on hours for the right candidate. A good attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication skills. Proven reliability; we expect our employees to be available for all rostered shifts.
