Operational Pharmacist - Slade Pharmacy, Frankston Pharmacy Melbourne Part Time Slade Pharmacy The Opportunity: We have a fantastic permanent part-time opportunity for an operational pharmacist to join our team at Slade Pharmacy Frankston. Conveniently located on the ground floor of Frankston Public Surgical Centre, our pharmacy provides a wide range of pharmacy products and clinical services including medication dispensing for inpatients and outpatients, post-op recovery, IVF medication and support, and medication supply to Peninsula Health and our mental health facility.This is a permanent part-time position, working 23.5 hours per week. Early career pharmacists who are ready to fast-track their career in a dynamic clinical setting are encouraged to apply. Hours: Three days a week; Monday 9:30-17:30 (30min lunch) Tuesday 9:30-17:30 (30min lunch) and Friday 8:00-17:30 (60min lunch).In this role, you’ll: Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products Create and provide medication profiles to patients on discharge Counsel hospital patients on discharge medications Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients Support patients, carers, and hospital staff through the patient journey Educate and advise staff and patients on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines About Icon Group: Icon Group provides a complete suite of services to support the operation of more than 75 pharmacies across Australia.
