Operational Services Manager - Robertson Barracks Date: 30 Jan 2025 Location: Darwin, NT, AU, 0820 Company: Ventia Ventia is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Defence Base Services contract at Robertson Barracks in Darwin, Northern Territory. In this role, you’ll oversee our Cleaning, Sports & Recreation, Grounds, Hospitality & Catering services while collaborating with service providers Estate Upkeep. Role Overview: As Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on achieving service and operational excellence. You will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes, build and lead a capable team, manage client relationships at all levels, and implement improvements to enhance day-to-day operations. With the diverse nature of this contract, no two days will be the same, ensuring an engaging and dynamic work environment. Who We're Looking For: We are in search of a seasoned Facilities Management professional who is passionate about engaging people and committed to safety.
