Job Description Milskil is seeking an Air Combat-Electronic Attack (ACEA) SME to join our Synthetic EXCON Team. You will be the team member responsible for bringing tactical and operational air combat and electronic attack expertise to guarantee training outputs that mirror real-world air combat execution. You will be our expert on mission planning, integration and execution and you can shape individual elements to meet learning outcomes and facilitate valid training paradigms. Desired Skills and Experience To be successful, you need the following essential skills and background: CAT B-MQ on Australian fighters: F-35A, F/A-18F or EA-18G; Significant experience in Large Force Employment & Mission Command; A strong understanding of military aviation operations; multi-platform operations (integrated and joint operations) and exercise design, planning and execution; and aviation safety and the RAAF Aviation Safety Management System; Hold a current PV (or PV reinstatable) Defence Security Clearance; Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess: An instructional qualification (QAI, AWI, FCI or GTI); Coalition operational experience; Multi-platform experience (e.g. F-15E Strike Eagle exchange). You also need: To be an Australian citizen and meet AUSTEO requirements; A strong desire to contribute to the development and expansion of Australia's Air Warfare Capabilities in our Milskil EXCON team; A desire to live in one of the most family-friendly locations in Australia.
