Operations – Risk and Compliance Manager Join to apply for the Operations – Risk and Compliance Manager role at PX Resources . This range is provided by PX Resources. Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr Responsibilities: Lead the operational risk function, hands on role Ensuring that operational risks and controls are managed, implemented and efficient Managing the quality assurance activities including a small team Assessing and integrating regulatory, external requirements and technology change Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to design optimal processes to enable an efficient and positive customer experience Ongoing review of processes and policies aiming for continuous improvement and business optimisation Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for an experienced and hands on risk management candidate. This role would suit a candidate that has previously worked in a lean environment. You will need to demonstrate your ability to think strategically and commercially as well as roll up your sleeves as you will be involved in training, workshops, etc. The role will also be responsible for driving and implementing process and controls changes in the business. Candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds e.g. utilities, technology, energy and even financial services.
