Job Description

An opportunity is available for an experienced Operations Assistant, for a full-time or part-time position working out of our Kariong office, NSW. About the role As part of the operations team, you will be assisting with: Client Management including answering the phone, managing incoming/outgoing mail preparing quotes and opening and closing projects. Representing the client and ensuring effective communication between staff and clients and assist with project management. Overseeing fleet management, booking travel and accommodation needs for staff. Prepare KPI reporting on project budget costs, quoting, sales and invoicing. Assist in the preparation of Standard Operating Protocols (SOPS) and ensure all procedures are adhered to for a smooth running of operations. Essential Criteria A proven high level of customer service. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Sound knowledge of business software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Xero, Trello, Workflow Max or similar or an aptitude to learn new software. Prior experience preparing quotes, generating project reports and general operation. Prior experience in an environmental consultancy using Six maps and BOSETMap would be beneficial but not essential. You will have good time management skills, exceptional eye for detail. work autonomously and within a team, working closely with our highly experienced consultants. Qualification in business administration. Manual driver’s licence. What can we offer the ideal candidate?
