Operations / Business Development Manager Waterdrill Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations / Business Development Manager to join our team. We continue to be a preferred provider of water well drilling services looking to expand into the mining, oil, and gas drilling services throughout QLD & NSW. Job Description: As an Operations / Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operations of various projects and will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management. Proven experience in a management role, preferably coming from within the drilling industry. Strong leadership skills. Experience in sales roles and/or business development positions in the drilling industry in Australia. Experience and success in driving sales growth, expanding revenue, and securing contracts. Demonstrated skills including business development, sales strategy, technical solutions, budgeting, industrial applications, and leadership through sales forecasting. Experience in monitoring quality assurance systems & industry safety standards. Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
