Join GB Auto as our Operations Coordinator and play a key role in optimising our field service and workshop operations! Your duties will include but are not limited to: Motivate and manage a team of 11 (and growing) Field Service Technicians. Build and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. Organise and schedule the work for your team, with adaptability to cater for priority breakdown work. Provide guidance to the team to deliver the best solution for the customer. Manage quoting, planning (parts and labour), quality control and invoicing to ensure efficiency. Establish and maintain high standards of performance for self, direct reports and others to maximise the team’s ability to meet business goals and objectives. What we are looking for: 5 years in a similar position. Auto electrician and/or heavy mechanical qualification highly desirable. Strong leadership and people management skills. Advanced communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Excellent organisational and planning skills. An unrestricted driver's licence. Why Join Us?
