The Operations Coordinator will report to the National Operations Manager and provide administrative and system support to the Operations Team, which manages industrial assets within the Frasers Industrial and Commercial Trust (FLCT). What You'll Be Doing: As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include: Manage maintenance requests, including assigning vendors and properties to work tickets across Maintenance Plans, Compliance, Safety & Environmental, and Capex categories. Oversee the Customer Portal, ensuring all tickets receive a Frasers response within two business days, and communicate with customers professionally. Set up and maintain vendor and property records, including customer support, training, and troubleshooting. Maintain the Asset List, upload new contracts, update Maintenance Plans, and ensure asset and tenant information is accurate. Support the Vendor Attendance System, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Ensure compliance with audit standards, maintain Building Services and Compliance Records, and assist with site plans and due diligence transfers. Assist Operations Managers with invoice processing and Property Managers with tracking aged Purchase Orders. Support contractor training, review KPIs, and provide constructive feedback. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers. Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and maintain organized property folders for easy access. About you: Experience managing schedules and timelines and working with vendors (desirable). Familiarity with Property, Financial, or Maintenance systems (desirable). A strong desire to grow within the Property Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
