This role is a pivotal central role that not only oversees our First Contact volunteer team and database management, but also supports the Operations Director with HR and WHS compliance across every ministry area and campus. If you love broad responsibilities, enabling ministry leaders, and have a pastoral heart for community, this is an ideal role for you.
