Together, we sustainably feed the nation.About the Role As an Operations Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations Finance Business Partner - North/Eastern (QLD & NSW) in executing site policies and processes to ensure financial compliance, control, and accountability. You will contribute to driving continuous improvement across our Mill Operations, Logistics, and Distribution while optimizing cost efficiency. Your expertise will help shape site CI initiatives, Working Capital, and Capital Expenditure.In this role, you will: Support Operations Finance BP to partner the Site Operations Leadership Team to align financial goals with business strategy. Analyse key cost drivers, measure performance, and propose efficiency improvements. Assist Finance BP in delivering financial commentary and insights to identify opportunities for business growth. Support scenario modelling and financial assessments for continuous improvement initiatives, tenders, and Capex projects. Ensure compliance with financial control frameworks and strengthen inventory management. Play an integral role in month-end financial reporting, forecasting, and risk assessment. Support national processes, including raw material and overhead cost rolls, and assist with ad hoc financial tasks. About You A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA qualification desirable). Experience in operations finance, supply chain, or manufacturing environments. Strong business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of cost management, financial forecasting, and performance analysis. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus. A commitment to continuous improvement and process enhancement. High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. What's on offer at MAURI?
