To learn more about our business, please visit mauri.com.au and gwf.com.au.About the Role We are looking for an Finance Business Partner - North/East (QLD & NSW) to support the National Operations Finance Manager and lead a team, in ensuring financial compliance, control, and continuous improvement across our Mill Operations, Logistics & Distribution, Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, Working Capital, and Capital Expenditure.In this role, you will: Partner with the Site Operations Leadership Team to drive financial insights and strategic decision-making. Lead and manage Operations N/E analyst roles, including the safety, development, engagement, and growth. Analyze key cost drivers, track performance, and identify efficiency opportunities. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including financial modelling for tenders and Capex. Enhance compliance and control, particularly in inventory management and financial sustainability. Contribute to month-end processes, financial forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations. Drive process improvements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in planning and forecasting. About You Bachelor Degree in Accounting or like discipline CPA or CA Qualification Experience in Operations Finance within Manufacturing background. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting. Experience with SAP, Tableau and Alteryx. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. What's on offer at Mauri?
