Operations Finance Coordinator – West Meadows Toll Group is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Operation Finance Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for driving job profitability, ensuring accurate processing of customer invoices, and supporting the timely processing of reports and creditor approvals. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining internal and external KPIs. Duties and Responsibilities / a day in the life of the Operations Finance Coordinator – Assist in identifying and recommending innovations to improve processes, equipment, and systems to enhance service offerings and drive growth. Ensure safety, efficiency, and top-quality customer service through core operational activities and effective judgment in non-standard situations. Proactively manage your tasks to contribute to the overall profitability of the business, ensuring smooth hand-off between teams. Prioritise customer needs by listening to feedback and making decisions that improve service quality and enhance the customer experience. Generate, prepare and process customer invoices and report financial data and performance metrics, and process creditor approvals and payments. To be successful in this role you will have: Experience with invoicing and creditor processing. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented with strong time management. Knowledge of freight forwarding and regulations (preferred). Previous experience with Cw1 is highly regarded. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a commercial focus. Drive and ambition to achieve goals with a positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement. What moves you?
