Are you an analytical problem-solver with at least 1 year of experience in superannuation or insurance? Ready to take your career to the next level? We have multiple opportunities available! As part of our team of Operational Incident Analysts, you'll play a crucial role in managing and resolving simple insurance and administration incidents. This position offers excellent exposure to various aspects of the industry while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Please note this is a 12 month maximum term contract. What You'll Do: Manage and analyze operational & insurance incidents Conduct initial assessments and documentation of incidents Collaborate with Risk & Compliance teams for incident resolution Liaise with key partners and stakeholders You're Perfect for This Role If You Have: 1-2 years of experience in superannuation or insurance Understanding of RG277 principles and SIS regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in incident management or similar analytical roles Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities What Sets You Apart: Experience with GRC systems Background in risk and compliance Understanding of insurance policy frameworks Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enhance their career in the superannuation/insurance sector while working for an organisation of purpose.
