Location: Brisbane, Queensland Operations Lead – Brisbane We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. This leadership role is instrumental in driving talent acquisition, enhancing service delivery, and providing strong operational support to both employees and clients. As a key leader, you will lead initiatives to attract and retain top talent while ensuring exceptional service standards across our Brisbane portfolio. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Development Develop and implement effective recruitment pipelines to attract and retain high-quality talent. Oversee the recruitment process, including talent attraction, screening, interviews, compliance checks, offers, and onboarding. Lead performance management initiatives to foster engagement, professional growth, and operational excellence. Service Delivery Provide operational leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive management and exceptional communication. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives through on-site monitoring, tailored training, and operational enhancements. Oversee the daily operations and scheduling of the Agile Support Team, ensuring appropriate team member allocation to cover planned and unplanned absences. Additionally, manage communication regarding employee unplanned leave and notify clients of any personnel changes. People Operations Develop career pathways to support employee growth and long-term retention. Inspire innovation and drive creative solutions within on-site services to enhance client satisfaction. Foster collaboration across departments to align strategies, streamline processes, and achieve business objectives. Oversee and coordinate employee timesheets and ensure roster compliance across the Brisbane portfolio. Note: This role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of leadership experience managing large customer-facing teams (10+), ideally in hospitality, aviation, retail, or similar service-driven industries. A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver outstanding service. A talent for developing capability across diverse teams, fostering engagement across various backgrounds, age groups, and skill levels.
