Job Description - Operations Manager – Manager – English – On Site Krakow (HMS056723) Genpact (NYSE: G) is a global professional services and solutions firm delivering outcomes that shape the future. Role Overview: In this role, you will be working as an Operations Manager, leading a team of 150+ employees and ~10+ Front Line Managers. You will optimize customer experience for Hi-Tech products for Genpact Clients, managing content moderation and/or data labeling teams, and interfacing with multiple Genpact clients. Responsibilities: Lead large teams in a scaled operations environment to deliver optimum customer satisfaction. Oversee Operations functions, ensuring timely resolution of customer questions and complaints. Monitor service delivery to ensure excellence in service levels and that deadlines are met. Provide leadership through effective objective setting, delegation, motivation, and communication. Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to personnel for improved performance. Ensure performance metrics are effective and customer service standards are maintained. Communicate effectively with clients and present data post-analysis. Utilize problem-solving skills to address day-to-day operations issues. Manage time effectively and coach front line managers and staff. Lead a motivated team to deliver optimum customer service. Important: Operations teams will function based on the schedule committed with the client. This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and reviewing online content that may be sensitive in nature. Ability to draw insights from data and visualize complex trends. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Ads content moderation workflow and understanding of the Trust & Safety ecosystem.
