About Your Role As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a diverse team of 130 members across multiple shifts and teams in afternoon operations (11am - 7pm). You’ll support the Processing Manager in fostering a collaborative culture, driving performance improvements, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. This is your chance to lead a dynamic team and help transform our operations for the future. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct processing and support activities to meet operational performance targets. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while driving process improvements. Manage staff allocation and resource availability for efficient operations. Engage and influence stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Coach and mentor team members to promote a positive workplace culture. What We’re Looking For: A technically proficient leader who can leverage their shift production experience to drive operational success. You should possess: Advanced leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Proven ability to coach and mentor team members, utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance performance. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights. A strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence, with a track record of implementing process improvements. Extensive experience in shift production management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Proficiency in using production management software and tools, with a deep understanding of supply chain management and optimization. Yellow Belt accreditation (or equivalent), demonstrating your proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies will be highly regarded.
