About the opportunity The Operations Manager is part of the Arden Homes Operations team and reports to the General Manager - Operations. The key focus of this role is to provide leadership and support to our Customer Service Administration Teams (onsite & presite) and Permits department. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to oversee the workflow and pre-construction phase. Monitor and assess team accuracy and process daily Strategize process improvements for better workflow Support Team Leaders and provide relevant training and expectations for output and outcomes Monitor exceptional and authentic customer service across all sectors Communicate and successfully resolve customer issues Work alongside major stakeholders to effectively drive budget outcomes About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will: Relevant management experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within the building industry Excellent presentation and client relationship management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid working knowledge of building and construction regulations and process is an essential requirement Lateral thinking problem solver who will have the ability to work autonomously Highly organised, able to manage a variety of activities while maintaining a consistent positive and professional attitude. Positive attitude with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with management, staff and customers at all levels Model the organisation’s values Interested?
