Operations Manager (Carpentry Background) Are you an experienced operations manager (preferably with carpentry experience) or tired of working on the tools and looking to take the next step into leadership? Over time, you’ll transition into leading a team, overseeing projects, and managing daily operations . Hands-on carpentry & roof window installation Managing projects, stock, and logistics Leading a small, close-knit team Conducting site visits and ensuring quality control Working closely with clients, builders, and suppliers Occasional travel to Perth for training What We’re Looking For: At least 5+ years experience in carpentry (roof window installation experience is a bonus) Strong work ethic & a "can-do" attitude Willing to be hands-on before stepping into full operations management Loyal, reliable, and eager to grow with the business Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site Current driver’s licence Ready to Step Up?
