The Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the delivery of our Community Aged Services. Reporting to the Head of Community Aged Services, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of Community Aged Services, ensuring services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Lead, mentor, and support a team of care professionals to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the Aged Care Quality Standards. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency. Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to address needs and improve service outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring programs remain innovative, responsive, and aligned with community needs. Develop and maintain systems and processes to enhance operational performance and reporting. About You: You are a highly organized and results-driven professional with a passion for community-aged care. Your leadership, problem-solving skills, and operational expertise will help us deliver exceptional services to our clients. Qualifications and Experience: A tertiary qualification in aged care, health management, business, or a related field. Proven experience in an operational or management role within aged care or community services. Strong knowledge of aged care regulations, funding models, and quality standards. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and operational processes effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
